We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale digital initiatives to support our Everyday Banking Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of plans covering objectives, scope, timelines, and budget for digital initiatives
- Manage the coordination across various tribes and squads to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, tribe performance leads, and product owners to manage strategic delivery dependencies
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and agree on risk responses
- Establish and maintain open communication channels to keep stakeholders informed
- Previous experience in leading, scoping, and developing plans for large/complex/strategic pieces of work
- Experience in executing business change, including key stakeholder management
- Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders
- Strong project management and delivery lead experience in a large organization
