About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Operations Manager to join our team at Prosa Ung. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our data centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data centre technicians and operators to ensure the efficient operation of our data centres
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data centre operations and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data centre services
  • Manage and deliver mid-size projects to improve data centre efficiency and capacity
  • Recommend and document policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and SLAs
Requirements
  • 4+ years of people management experience with direct reports in an IT-related field
  • 4+ years of experience in managing IT systems
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of change concepts, problem and incident management
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional or military experience
