AWS Data Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our data centres.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support to our customers.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data centre operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and support.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the delivery of our services.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or other type of Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a data centre operations environment.
- Strong understanding of data centre IT infrastructure and facilities infrastructure.
- Proven ability to improve the relationship between data centre IT and facilities teams.
