We have an exciting opportunity to simplify complex processes and make customer experience seamless, fast and easy. As the Manager of this pivotal centre of excellence, you will:

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enable our teams to better serve customers and colleagues
- Deliver fast and seamless customer experiences for volume lending
- Influence operational revisions in consultation with leadership team
- Drive outcomes aligned with predefined strategies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Extensive banking and financial services experience
- Proven people management skills
- A strong understanding of business and home lending end-to-end processes
- Experience with risk and compliance obligations
- Banking sales/service expertise
