As a SAP Service/Delivery Manager, you will deliver innovative business solutions and lead growth in account delivery. This high-profile role offers scope to grow in Applications Managed Services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading delivery related activity as the main point of contact
  • Solution leadership and delivery execution responsibility for the account
  • Supporting the account team with service delivery definition and ongoing operational reporting
  • Day-to-day team coordination to ensure delivery meets Service Level Agreements across in-scope SAP and non-SAP Applications

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in functional or Basis/SAP Technical Consulting, with experience in project management, service delivery, and team leadership within an Enterprise Apps environment.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Project Management, Service Delivery or Delivery Lead experience and team leadership within an Enterprise Apps environment
  • Service Delivery and/or Project Management theory and understanding gained through training and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
