Job Title: Strategic Delivery Manager

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale projects focused on Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives and deliver high-impact outcomes with high visibility across the organization.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory standards and compliance obligations.

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across both business and technology teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with business objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.

  2. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects within time, budget, and scope constraints.

  3. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruption to business operations.

  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

  5. Monitor and report project progress against established key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  2. Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within financial services or a related industry.

  3. Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  2. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.

  3. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
