Travel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to fill the position of Travel Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, motivating, and monitoring team members, as well as assisting with staff development through on-the-job coaching and performance improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities- Direct, motivate, and monitor team members, providing feedback and coaching when required.
- Evaluate team member performance, ensuring they consistently meet allocated sales targets and minimum benchmarks.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage end-to-end travel bookings tailored to each customer's needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
We are looking for a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A certificate in travel tourism or relevant qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in travel consulting, both as a consultant and leader.
- A strong desire to motivate, inspire, and lead a team.
- A proven track record of sales achievement in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of travel IT systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a reputation for delivering results.
