Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Service Advisor.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct transactions and maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and pick-up times with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and procedures quickly.
  • Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
