About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Estimator to join ACRWORLD's team. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for summarizing scope of works and tenders, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and reviewing client requirements for projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain detailed estimates for construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  2. Collaborate with the delivery team to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
  3. Analyze and evaluate offers, inputting cost data into spreadsheets, and presenting cost estimates to Senior Management and Project Managers.
  4. Conduct site inspections with contractors and Project Managers to ensure accurate estimates.
  5. Manage the tender process with the assigned Project Manager, including the Bid Submission.
Requirements
  1. A trade or tertiary qualification in construction, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in estimating commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify differences between estimated cost and actual cost.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  5. Competent in pricing D&C projects and tendering projects up to $8 million.
