This role is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful nationwide construction business as a Reward Analyst. The position is home-based with occasional travel to London, approximately twice a month.
About the RoleAs a Reward Analyst, you will be part of a small Reward team, supporting a Reward Manager in providing analytical support for key reward activities, including pay reviews, bonus calculations, and audits across two payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Reward Managers in implementing key bonus and pay review processes.
- Data cleansing, creating bonus and salary spreadsheets, and cost models.
- Liaising with Senior Managers and HR colleagues to maintain data.
- Calculating bonuses and salary increase recommendations.
- Summarising data and communicating with employees.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background within a similar Reward/HR analyst position, with advanced Excel skills and ideally knowledge of Power BI.
What We OfferThis role offers a competitive salary of up to £58k, a superb benefits package, and flexible working arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to work from home with occasional travel to London or other sites, depending on business needs.
