A background in the employment services industry, coupled with experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment, will serve as a solid foundation for this role. Proven success within target-driven environments is also highly valued.

Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.
