About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our Audit & Assurance division's Department of Professional Practice. This is a joint Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator role that will provide non-technical project support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive day-to-day support to 2 partners within the group, including management of diaries, screening and prioritizing incoming calls/correspondence and assisting with determining priorities
  • Provide administrative support for the end-to-end coordination of project activities from planning to reporting
  • Assistance with internal processes as part of the group's wider admin support team
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with proactive progress and actions reporting
  • Manage and record information in accordance with requirements on sharing platforms, including Teams, Intranet and SharePoint sites
  • Analyze results from data and prepare reporting and PowerPoint presentations
  • Work autonomously and manage highly confidential information
  • Provide administrative support to other members in team and projects as directed

Requirements:

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality service and outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Astute attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Outlook)
  • Relevant experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders
  • A positive mindset and approach to change, innovation and improving the way we do things
