Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Property Valuer to conduct on-site inspections of land and property, apply appropriate valuation methods, and prepare comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to inspect properties, assess their condition, and determine their market value.
  • Research and analyze the optimal use of land and property, considering planning regulations, market demand, and investment potential.
  • Collaborate with the asset management team to assess the financial impact of refurbishment, reconfiguration, or space optimization initiatives.
  • Deliver timely, evidence-based valuation insights to assist senior management in informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Property, Land Economics, Valuation, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant qualifications.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in property or land valuation, preferably within the real estate development or asset management sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, assess property conditions, and forecast value trends.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting valuation findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
