Required Skills and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth property valuations for residential, commercial, and specialised assets.
  • Compile detailed valuation reports that align with industry and client requirements.
  • Stay updated on property market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, delivering customised valuation solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Australian Property Institute (API) standards and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • We seek active RPV or CPV certification from the Australian Property Institute. Minimum 2 years' experience in property valuations, including:
  • 5 years in residential valuations.
  • 2 years in commercial valuations or willingness to cross-train with directorial guidance.
  • Certified Practising Valuers with a minimum of 7 years' experience in both vacant possession and going-concern specialised asset classes are encouraged to apply.
