Job Description:

As a Research and Engagement Analyst, you will build expertise in sustainable finance by applying proprietary assessment frameworks to analyse ESG, sustainability, and impact factors for securities. You will conduct research to support the use of positive and negative screening in investment products and participate in thematic research programs.

You will also engage with issuers and stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving positive change.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or higher qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in sustainability or ESG-related issues
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication abilities, including advanced writing and presentation skills
  • Proven organisational and information management capabilities
