- Reporting: Accurately report important terminal happenings in the airport's reporting systems and escalate impactful terminal operational matters to management.
- Customer Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Operational Management: Experience in a similar operational management role, with a strong understanding of airport operations and procedures.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to attend to complex operational problems and needs promptly.
- Education and Certifications: Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
