Job Title: Digital Identity Consultant

This is a key role that involves delivering critical digital identity solutions and outcomes to enhance our clients' security posture.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of digital identity, security technology, and project delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent consulting skills and be able to establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.

About the Role
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Tesserent Cyber 360 strategy and its alignment to client needs to drive opportunities and deliver multi-service engagements.
  • Establish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with clients by using in-depth consulting experience in security technology, digital identity, and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Ensure performance objectives are defined for each digital identity analyst within the team, including establishing KPIs, personal development plans, and training needs.
  • Work across a diverse team to understand individual strengths, weaknesses, and motivations.
  • Ensure company digital identity projects and assessments are compliant with industry-recognised security standards as applicable, such as NIST SP 800-63.
  • Perform various digital identity services, including but not limited to:
    • Designing and implementing digital identity architectures for customer IAM and workforce IAM.
    • Providing cloud digital identity services, including AWS, Azure, Google, Ping Identity, and Okta.
  • Provide quality reports for clients describing findings, outlining risk levels, compliance maturity, and recommendations for remediation.
About You
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and cloud digital identity technologies.
  • Ability to apply best practice frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
  • Ability to develop and use methodologies to provide effective digital identity advice and services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain concepts.
