Digital Identity Professional Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity Professional to deliver critical digital identity solutions and outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Lead small projects or be part of large engagements end-to-end delivery engagements supporting senior digital identity specialists and empowering Digital Identity Analysts to perform at their best.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of strategy and its alignment to client needs to drive opportunities and deliver multi-service engagements.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients using in-depth consulting experience in security technology, Digital Identity, and project delivery.
  • Ensure performance objectives are defined for each Digital Identity Analyst within the team including establishing KPIs personal development plans and training needs.
  • Work across diverse teams to understand individual strengths weaknesses and motivations.
  • Ensure company digital identity projects and assessments are compliant to industry-recognised security standards as applicable.

In this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience with cloud platforms and cloud digital identity technologies.
  • Ability to apply best practice frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST CSF ASD Essential Eight.
  • Ability to apply technology frameworks such as CIS benchmarks.
  • Ability to develop methodologies to provide effective digital identity advice and services.
  • Ability to articulate business implications and risks in relation to the business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain concepts.
