Business Development Manager Job DescriptionJob OverviewIn this role, you will drive business growth and sustainability by cultivating strategic relationships and identifying high-impact funding opportunities.Key Responsibilities

  • Align proposal development with emerging global trends and donor priorities.
  • Drive growth and sustainability through proactive fundraising.
  • Enhance proposal success by coordinating closely with internal and external partners.
  • Contribute to long-term sustainability by delivering on fundraising targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in managing clients and/or developing new business and proposals.
  • High-level communication skills - particularly in grant writing, negotiation, persuasion, and partnership brokering.
  • High competency with MS Office, including Teams, and the Adobe suite of programs.
  • Familiarity with international funding mechanisms, donors, and proposal requirements.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
