As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care.

The Administration Officer position requires an individual who can work effectively with stakeholders to ensure high booking and attendance rates for multi-disciplinary service provider appointments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and coordinating Allied Health and Specialist clinics accounts payable for billing and reconciliation.
  • Ensuring accurate handling of Allied Health referrals and patient correspondence in accordance with our privacy policy and procedures.
  • Committing to a high level of quality management through the use of quality management systems.
  • Cultivating productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff.
