The role of the Allied Health Receptionist Staff Member is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm and welcoming reception experience for clients and visitors;
- Handling patient enquiries and bookings in a timely and efficient manner;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records;
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
In order to be successful in this role, applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting, is highly desirable.
