Package Machinery Installer and Technician

We are seeking an experienced package machinery installer and technician to join our team. As a pioneering company in the industry, we are committed to innovation and exceptional service delivery.

Job Overview

Our Field Service team is responsible for installing new equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, resolving breakdowns, and servicing our machinery across NSW.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install new equipment, including supervision of unloading, mechanical installation, electrical field wiring, and commissioning.
  • Train customers on operation and maintenance of our machinery.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems in packaging machinery.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to set up and commission projects.
  • Document service activities, including reports on repairs and installations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in field service or equipment maintenance; experience with packaging equipment is preferred.
  • Proficient in reading mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Trade qualification in mechanical and/or electrical.
