The Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our LPG Marketing, Sales & Service team. In this role, you'll work alongside the Digital Product & Experience team to build and maintain the digital product vision.

This includes defining customer journeys and creating roadmaps that drive towards that vision. You'll be responsible for product management from ideation to delivery and own significant commercial outcomes associated with your product stream.

You'll be customer-focused, identifying and validating real customer problems, communicating your product vision effectively with peers and multiple business teams, and having the insight and appetite to creatively grow our customer base through awesome digital experiences.

About You
  • You should have prior experience in a similar Digital Product Management position, including digital feature delivery, staff management, and development.
  • You should be a customer champion, passionate about creating outstanding digital experiences that generate customer connection.
  • You should be commercially savvy and able to connect digital experiences with business outcomes.
  • You should also have stakeholder management skills, a proven track record in building relationships with stakeholders from different areas of the business, bringing parties together to define collective solutions.

You should be willing to manage complex challenges, agitate the status-quo to inspire transformational change, and produce simple innovative solutions.
