Job Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a suite of digital products supporting the Enrolment and Admissions Management service, which caters to all Victorian government schools.

  • Manage change from concept to execution and evaluation
  • Support major strategic initiatives like expanding digital enrolment tools and processes across all schools

The role involves managing a suite of digital products that support student enrolment, admission, and scholarship management. You will require strong experience with stakeholder management, CRM systems, product backlogs, and enrolment practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Skilled in managing product backlogs, including refining and prioritising tasks to meet project goals
  • In-depth knowledge of enrolment practices and processes

As a Service Owner, you will be responsible for owning a suite of digital products and leading the development of new features and enhancements. You will work closely with stakeholders, including policy makers, business users, and senior leaders in the education sector.
