Job Title: Project Coordinator  We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our project delivery framework.Job Description:  The successful candidate will assist in planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across the organisation. They will work closely with senior leaders, engage in meaningful projects, and broaden their expertise.  Key responsibilities include assisting project managers with coordination of project activities, documentation, and reporting. The role also involves supporting agile delivery practices, monitoring project progress, and escalating risks or issues as needed.  In addition, the successful candidate will facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings, and engagement activities. They will ensure alignment with corporate governance and strategic objectives.  Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
  • Exposure to complex programs, ideally within government, corporate, or large-scale environments.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
  • Financial acumen and experience supporting procurement and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project and Agile platforms.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, or Scrum Master are a bonus.
