About This Role

As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with governance, budget, and schedule requirements. Your focus will be on driving business outcomes that support mission-critical operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion
  • Ensure delivery aligns with the client's strategic objectives and compliance needs
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors
  • Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and compliance obligations are completed to a high standard

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who can bring their expertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. You should have a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering both infrastructure and applications/digital transformation projects
  • Previous experience working in high-compliance environments such as Defence, Government, or similar
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams
  • Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
