At Ultra Electronics Group, we are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Specialist. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our multi-mission projects. As a key team member, you will contribute to delivering advanced specialist systems that provide our Defence customers with an unbeatable warfighting edge.


The primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining schedules and plans to ensure timely project delivery;
  • Financial monitoring to guarantee optimal resource allocation;
  • Decision support to enable informed decision-making at all levels;
  • Benefit tracking to measure and optimize project outcomes;
  • Maintaining risks, actions, issues, and change registers to ensure proactive risk management;
  • Dependency management to minimize project delays;
  • Resource management to optimize personnel utilization;
  • Supporting communication mechanisms to foster collaboration among stakeholders;
  • Developing documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer;

You will also be responsible for coordinating the production of reports to support governance, by collating, analyzing, evaluating to identify opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations to leadership. Additionally, you will maintain libraries, registers, and systems, and provide education, training, and first-line support on the agreed project procedures, processes, and tools.
