About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our Financial Services team in Sydney. This is a senior associate position that requires at least 5 years of post-admission experience in anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism finance and financial regulation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising and resolving disputes relating to complex issues under the AML/CTF Act, National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Banking Act, ePayments Code, and ASIC Act;
  • Providing subject matter expertise to litigation and corporate/M&A teams in relation to contentious regulatory/enforcement matters and financial services transactions;
