Job Title: Hospital Security Officer

Job Description:

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a visible and proactive presence throughout the hospital and surrounding grounds. Your primary goal is to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate II in Security Services or higher, along with a current Security Officer Licence.
  • Proven experience as a security professional in the healthcare sector or similar environments.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
