Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle EPM to drive business transformation and deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for EPM Cloud implementations, collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Lead the delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across various modules, including Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, Profitability & Cost Management, Narrative Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into effective solutions, driving business analysis and process improvement.
  • Support sales efforts, contributing to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting effective service delivery.

This role requires:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and functional leadership on at least one successful project.
  • Expertise across Oracle EPM modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EPRCS, EDMCS).
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including Oracle EPM.
  • Experience with Hyperion and migration projects to Cloud is desirable.
  • A strong ability to review, analyze, and design complex ICT business processes and solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and with distributed onshore/offshore models.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to confidently communicate EPM capabilities and use cases.
