Expert EPM Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle EPM Cloud to lead business transformation projects and provide advisory services.

Job Overview:
  • Drive EPM Cloud implementations across various modules, including Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, and more.
  • Facilitate workshops and elicit client needs through effective business analysis and requirements gathering.

As an Expert EPM Cloud Consultant, you will be part of a collaborative team driving digital innovation and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver expert advisory services, guiding clients on EPM Cloud roadmaps and participating in business transformation initiatives.
  2. Lead implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, designing and building solutions that deliver real business value.
  3. Drive business analysis and requirements gathering, facilitating workshops and eliciting client needs.
  4. Support presales and proposals, contributing to client discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs.
  5. Build relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  6. Lead and mentor team members, ensuring effective service delivery and championing a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and functional leadership on at least one successful project.
  • Expertise across Oracle EPM modules, including Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, and more.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including Oracle EPM.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and with distributed onshore/offshore models.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to confidently communicate EPM capabilities and use cases.
