As a social media assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our customers and community. Your main responsibilities include executing, monitoring, and reporting on social media activity, collaborating with the social media team and broader marketing teams to create inspiring content, and crafting compelling copy for all organic social platforms.

You will also research and liaise with influencers on gifting and paid campaigns to grow our social media audience, regularly shoot, film, and produce content with team members, suppliers, and store managers for all social channels, focusing on reels and stories for increased social engagement. A few key requirements for this role include at least 1-2 years' experience in social media marketing, proven experience in managing social media accounts, expertise in engaging audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
