This is a dream social media role for a creative storyteller with a passion for wellness. Working part-time from our multi-award winning wellness retreat in Tallebudgera Valley, you will bring Gwinganna's world to life across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn—where nature, health and healing meet luxury and purpose. From crafting beautiful content and managing high-performing paid campaigns to hosting wellness influencers and capturing behind-the-scenes moments, no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and publish high-quality, engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube
  • Manage paid social campaigns (Meta and LinkedIn), monitor performance and optimise as needed
  • Create visual content that aligns with Gwinganna's brand identity
  • Influencer collaborations and stays, including briefing and content management
  • Engage with the online community and manage interactions in a timely, brand-aligned manner
  • Track and report on performance analytics, insights, and recommendations
  • Support wider marketing campaigns and collaborate with wellness experts and the in-house team

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in social media or digital content roles
  • Proven ability to manage brand accounts and develop both paid and organic strategies
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut or similar editing tools a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Ability to use scheduling platforms
  • Excellent writing skills and an eye for design
  • Experience coordinating influencer and UGC campaigns
  • Interest in wellness, sustainability, and/or premium hospitality
  • Must have permanent Australian working rights
  • A portfolio showcasing social media content, 2-3 campaign examples with metrics and/or design work is required with application
