Concierge Genius Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Concierge / Genius. This role will provide exceptional customer service and expert knowledge of BMW products, strengthening customers' trust in the brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your product ambassador skills and develop competitive product argumentation. You will prepare and conduct workshops showcasing BMW products and benefits, plan and execute vehicle handovers to clients, and support the marketing team at events and drive product highlights on social media channels.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong understanding of technology and its application to customer benefits. Prior automobile experience is preferred but not essential. You will also require excellent time management skills, a professional approach, and high levels of self-motivation. A positive and enthusiastic personality is a must, along with the ability to travel interstate for training and other functions as required. You will work on a rotating rostered week with weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product ambassador services for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop competitive product argumentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of technology and converting it into customer benefits

  • Valid QLD driver's license
  • Exceptional time management skills with a professional approach and high levels of self-motivation
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to travel interstate for training and other functions as required
