  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Contribute to the development of Uniting's strategy and incorporate it into the business plan, utilizing data analysis to inform decisions.
  • Team Management: Lead a professional team responsible for delivering rental housing services, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Social Impact: Advocate for people in need of affordable housing in consultation with Uniting's Advocacy team, positioning the organization as an effective provider of sustainable solutions.
  • Budget Planning: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining a balance between financial goals and social impact.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Postgraduate or Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • No less than 8 years' experience in a senior leadership position, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning and team management.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the regulatory environment, including relevant legislation and regulations.
  • A genuine passion for social change and a desire to create a positive impact.
