Executive Director, Strategic Advisory Services – NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. Join to apply for the Executive Director, Strategic Advisory Services role.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of major property initiatives across NSW, including the NSW Government's Property Audit and other flagship programs.
- Oversee the Government Property Framework and digital assets such as the Government Property Register and Land iQ.
- Set the direction for property and land use policy that drives social, economic, and environmental outcomes.
- Lead the delivery of complex property projects and transactions that enable adaptive reuse, development and long-term community benefit.
- Provide expert strategic advice to Ministers and senior executives; facilitate cross-government collaboration to deliver property transactions and major developments.
- Influence whole-of-government land and property strategy; deliver transformative projects; provide state-significant advice to the highest levels of government.
- Proven leadership in delivering high-value, complex property projects and transactions with strong expertise in property strategy, governance and financial management.
- Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline (e.g., property economics, planning, valuation or development).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills; ability to influence and drive collaboration across diverse groups.
- Track record of developing innovative strategies with the ability to manage risk and align projects with key goals.
