Child and Family Specialist

Deliver high-quality services to children and families in need by working as a Child and Family Specialist. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.
About the Role- This position requires a professional with expertise in psychological assessment, therapeutic interventions, and other relevant services.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Psychology recognized by the Psychology Board of Australia, with either full registration as a Psychologist or provisional registration with the ability to fulfill full registration within the relevant timeframes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions, and other professional services to DCJ client groups.
- Work in an evidence-based trauma service framework, receiving training, supervision, and support from clinical supervisors who are experts in the field.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology recognized by the Psychology Board of Australia, with either Full registration as a Psychologist or Provisional registration with the ability to fulfil full registration within the relevant timeframes.
- Experience: Knowledge of therapeutic frameworks for child abuse, neglect, and trauma.
