Project Finance Portfolio Manager

This is a high-impact role offering exposure to a diverse range of marquee infrastructure and energy assets. You will play a central role in shaping portfolio performance, ensuring credit quality, and supporting the execution of new transactions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor a diversified PF portfolio, identifying emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and cash flow analysis, ensuring compliance with covenants and obligations.
  • Prepare credit applications, waivers, refinancing proposals, and portfolio performance reports.
  • Partner with Origination on new deals, providing structuring input and reviewing due diligence.
  • Support transaction execution through close collaboration with legal, middle, and back-office teams.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to a strong team culture.
Candidate Requirements
  • c.8–12 years' Project Finance experience, gained in banking or financial institutions.
  • Strong technical and credit analysis skills, with expertise in infrastructure and energy sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Well-suited to candidates from both PF portfolio management and PF origination backgrounds.
