About this Opportunity

This exciting opportunity involves providing hands-on leadership of engineering services operations for a premium-grade office complex connected by a vibrant retail plaza. As our Engineering & Operations Manager, you will focus on energy sustainability, ongoing building commissioning, operational improvements, lifecycle asset planning, project management, and daily property service operations.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices regarding maintenance of the property structure, façade, fittings, finishes, and services.
  • Effectively manage all property services and other works required within properties.
  • Operate the property in a manner that continuously improves performance and reduces environmental effects.
  • Achieve annual sustainability KPIs set in consultation with property owners.
  • Manage, train, and delegate duties to Property Services Supervisors.
  • Participate in the EHS Leadership Team.
  • In consultation with the management team, prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitor and update budgets quarterly.
  • Deliver Capital Works projects on program and budget.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced operations professional who has managed high-quality office assets with a customer-centric mindset. Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience managing teams and projects with strong knowledge related to building systems and operations is required, including industry regulations and best practices. A positive approach to meeting client needs and managing tenant expectations is essential.
