About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple hotels, ensuring consistency of service and compliance across all departments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to gaming and liquor legislation;
  • Managing group and individual venue P&Ls, focusing on cost control and financial efficiency;
  • Reviewing and approving payroll, invoices, and supplier payments;
  • Providing HR support and confidently resolving staff issues;
  • Fostering strong relationships with key industry bodies and major suppliers;
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in senior hospitality management, ideally within multi-venue hotel operations. Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Expertise in financial and budget management;
  • A deep understanding of compliance requirements in gaming, food safety, and workplace health and safety;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
