We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our venue's day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our bar, restaurant, gaming, and accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily activities across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the Venue Manager in staff management, training, and rostering initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, handle enquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including liquor, gaming, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • RSA and RSG certification is essential; Gaming Machine Manager (GMM) Licence is highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence in managing busy hospitality venues.
  • Strong commercial awareness with knowledge of stock control, cost management, and budget planning.
