Manufacturing Excellence Leader

We are seeking a dynamic leader to champion the implementation of our Manufacturing Operating System, driving operational excellence by empowering and developing people.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead deployment and adherence of MDI standards and systems across the site.
- Coach factory teams, line leadership, and operators to build capability and sustain production standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization through effective change management.
- Conduct health checks and maturity assessments to ensure process execution aligns with defined standards.
- Share best practices and leverage learnings across sites through Element Governance.
- Provide solutions to overcome implementation challenges.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing with a high school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, engineering, or science is an asset.
- Proven experience leading shop floor teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong cross-functional knowledge spanning operations, maintenance, and quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Production Systems and change management principles.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
