About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Transition Manager to join our team. This role is a vital part of our transitions program, supporting and contributing to its success. As a Senior Transition Manager, you will be part of a collaborative team working on high-level government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate Transition Out teams and Business Intelligence for data transfer
  • Manage team deliverables across various functional areas
  • Report on key performance indicators for the transition period
  • Collaborate with the PMO Governance Lead on program alignment and stakeholder updates

Requirements:

  • Degree in business management and administration or equivalent
  • Previous property management experience
  • Strong client/stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Clear communication and organizational abilities
  • Australian citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Clearance and associated Entity clearances
