Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Intelligence (BI) Developer.

In this position, you will design and implement data pipelines, develop scalable data models, and deliver insightful dashboards that empower informed decision-making across the business.

  • Create and automate a wide range of business reports for internal and external stakeholders using Tableau.
  • Design and deliver a standardized reporting suite for operational and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain common data models to support consistent analytics across the organization.
  • Build dashboards and visual aids to support account teams and senior management decisions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest potential solutions.
  • Oversee technical delivery projects through to completion.
  • Advise on best practices in dashboard design, data visualization, and system integration.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of data infrastructure and associated projects.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Insights team to deliver complex, custom data solutions.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
  • Work closely with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable insights.
