Lead Analytics Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Analytics Manager to drive data-informed decision making and create exceptional products that help candidates and hirers connect efficiently.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to Product Managers, providing analytical solutions throughout the product development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams on initiative ideation and assessment, driving problem resolution as a hands-on leader, ensuring necessary data availability to meet objectives, leading continuous improvement initiatives and coaching team members, fostering an inclusive team culture focused on delivery and learning, analyzing and implementing changes to achieve business goals, and breaking down complex requirements into documented user stories.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with strong problem-solving leadership skills who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. If you have 7+ years of analytical experience with 3+ years in leadership roles, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to present data meaningfully, experience translating analytical needs into data requirements, proven ability to work in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments, strong stakeholder management across data science, engineering, and product teams, advanced SQL skills (Python programming advantageous), strong emotional intelligence and collaborative communication style, and excellent organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science (preferred)
  • Leadership experience in analytics or related field
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to present data meaningfully
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong stakeholder management across data science, engineering, and product teams
  • Advanced SQL skills (Python programming advantageous)
