About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our Professional Services Team at Centorrino Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and reviewing internal security controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security standards and procedures to manage risks and improve customer security positioning.
  • Evaluate security risks and controls, and develop reporting metrics, dashboards, and evidence artifacts.
  • Implement processes to automate and continuously monitor information security controls, exceptions, risks, and testing.
  • Define and document business process responsibilities and ownership of controls in a GRC tool.
  • Update security controls and provide support and advice to stakeholders on security controls.
  • Perform and investigate internal and external information security risk and exceptions assessments.
  • Maintain the IT Risk register and report IT Security risks to management.
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Business Management, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent level of experience across required areas of expertise.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in implementing, managing, reviewing, and improving internal security controls.
  • Track record of performing internal or external audits in accordance with relevant professional standards.
  • Highly proficient in audit methodologies, especially those applicable in IT environments.
  • Expert in IT governance and quality and security standards.
