Job Overview:

Audio Visual/Information Technology Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the field of Audio Visual and Information Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various departments, with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and manage daily tasks and resources to ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are met.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage AV/IT resources, provide leadership and guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties:
  • Plan, communicate, and track all aspects of the Operations department.
  • Lead weekly meetings and actively participate in leadership discussions.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Serve as key point of contact for customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audio Visual/Information Technology based project management and construction methodology.
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
