Job Description

You'll be responsible for developing tailored AV solutions for our B2B customers. This customer-facing role requires technical expertise, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

You'll work closely with Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Strategic Account Managers on large and complex opportunities. Key responsibilities include scoping, designing, and validating AV solutions, leveraging vendor relationships, and presenting client-facing proposals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in AV solution development, technical sales, or systems integration
  • Strong working knowledge of modern AV solution categories, including meeting room systems and digital signage
  • Proven ability to lead multi-party solution development with vendors and delivery teams
  • Valid driver's licence, vehicle, and willingness to travel for customer site visits
  • Certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Extron Control Specialist, or vendor-led AV design certifications (desirable)
