About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Aveo. As a key member of our community, you will provide administrative support and be the first point of contact for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including reception duties and ensuring common areas are inviting
  • Assist with the distribution of mail and email correspondence, ordering of stock, preparing newsletters, and updating contact lists
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, visitors, community groups, contractors, and fellow company colleagues
  • Provide a caring, safe, and inspiring environment that supports residents in living their lives to the fullest
  • Complete general ad-hoc duties delegated by the Community Manager and provide vital support in their absence

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing administration or reception environment
  • Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and commitments
  • Current Police Check certificate and two COVID-19 vaccinations
