About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Hanes Australasia. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of quality assurance across our apparel and textiles business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with brand, legal, and customer requirements.
  • Lead a team of QA Coordinators across Sydney and Melbourne, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring timely and structured investigation and resolution of quality issues.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a strong understanding of textiles and garment construction.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as textile science, engineering, or a related discipline.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we offer a range of benefits including:

Location
